Submitting a Final ReportAll UChicagoArts grantees are required to submit a final report within three months of the conclusion of their project. Further proposals from the same applicants will not be considered until the report regarding the previous Arts Council award has been submitted. The report should be no more than two pages in length and include your name and contact information. In the narrative, briefly describe the execution of the project. Also, please answer these four questions:
Reports should be submitted to uchicagoarts@listhost.uchicago.edu. Put “Final Report” and the project title in the subject line. Any materials (print, CD, film, etc.) produced in conjunction with the project and examples of any publicity should be delivered to Mary Harvey, Administration Bldg 501. Clearly indicate the project title on the packet of additional materials.
